Shipping, returns & terms of use

Saint Vacant delivers worldwide & orders over 50€ free of charge. You can also pick-up your goods at our local store. You make the choice at the checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and shipped from our store in Helsinki.

FINLAND:
Free delivery & returns on orders over 50€. For orders under 50€ the shipping cost is 7€. Parcels delivered by POSTI within 2-3 working days. Please write to the comments field your preferred delivery point (Post office or Posti parcel point) this will help us serve you better. Tracking and text message notifications included in the service.

EU:
Free delivery & returns on orders over 50€. For orders under 50€ the shipping cost is 15€. Parcels delivered to your door by GLS within 3-5 working days. The driver will call you in advance to arrange the drop. Shipment tracking is included in the service.

WORLD:
Free delivery on orders over 50€. For orders under 50€ the shipping cost is 15€. Parcels delivered by GLS (International affiliates may vary) within 5-8 working days. Shipment tracking is included in the service. Returns are unfortunately at the customers own expense.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you’ve received faulty or wrong item, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it to another item. Before returning any items, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the return process. You must contact us within 14 days after receiving your goods. If you do not contact us within that time, we reserve the right not to refund returned items. We only return payments if the product and it’s package are untapped, and this within 14 days. Returnable products can not show visible signs of wear. We will not accept a return of shoes that have been used outdoors. Returns from Finland and EU are free of charge. Returns from other countries – the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.

PAYMENT AND PRICING
We accept payments by most common credit cards via Shopify Payments. All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax 24%). According to international business law VAT will not be added to orders outside European Union (Export Sales). The VAT will automatically be removed from you invoice when you enter your address to the store system and your homeland is outside the European Union. The customer is responsible for possible import customs clearance and/or payment of customs duties and taxes in there homeland. We also reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki. Saint Vacant Oy has the right to cancel the order, if suspicions arise, that the concerned credit card is not valid or might be stolen. In this case customer will be contacted and informed by email. If there will occur a problem with your order or shipment we will contact you as soon as possible. The terms and conditions listed below will apply between customer and Saint Vacant Oy for the sale and purchase of the products contained in customers shopping cart. We reserve the right to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, changes, or updates on subsequent visits. These terms and conditions of sale are valid as of December 1st, 2020, until further notice.
